DJ Mike and Split Second Sound were amazing to work with. Mike played all the right music to entertain a varied crowd of 60-80 year old's as well as mid-30s. The dance floor was packed all night and we received numerous compliments about the music and how amazing it was. We also added cold sparks to our reception and they added the perfect atmosphere to keep the party going! I would highly recommend DJ Mike and Split Second Sound to anyone who asks! Thank you again for making our wedding absolutely perfect!

Our DJ for our wedding was Mike Nania and he was absolutely incredible! He did music for our wedding ceremony as well as cocktail hour and reception. DJ Mike was the perfect pick for our wedding reception! He made sure to incorporate all of our "must plays" which we appreciated and he managed to keep the dance floor packed all night long. We attended a friend's wedding one week later and by coincidence DJ Mike was their DJ as well- safe to say - that was another packed dance floor.

I can not even begin to explain how amazing Mike was at our Wedding last weekend. From the ceremony music, to the intros, to the party - It was flawless. The music was fabulous, he had people on the dance floor at all times. I continuously get compliments from guests, saying how much fun they had and that our DJ was phenomenal.

DJ Mike Nania blew it out of the water! We requested him because we know he is exceptional, but he exceeded our expectations! Our daughter’s wedding reception was beyond our wildest dreams. We thought we had a crowd that might be difficult to get on the floor, but instead we ended up with a packed floor, from the first song to the very last one, with high energy the entire time and all generations out there having a blast together. Mike just intuitively knows how to read a room and create the vibe. He did the perfect mix between music we said we liked, and music that just drew people to the floor and kept them there. He also MC’d the event perfectly, grabbing the crowd’s attention and getting everyone paying attention to the entrance, speeches, and special dances. We cannot say enough about how wonderful this night was for all of us, how many compliments we’ve received, how perfect everything was. Split second sound absolutely saved the day for our wedding. We unfortunately had a last minute cancellation 4 days before show time. Dj mike and split second sounds team went above and beyond to help us out and reassure us that this hiccup would not be a problem. We went over timeline 3 days before the wedding and let us tell you, you would of thought Dj Mike was apart of the vendor team the whole time. 4 weeks later and I still get phone calls about how amazing the Dj was. We are so thankful to have had this experience with split second sound and will never hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the future!!

They provide a variety of options for any event you may have, which was essential for us when booking music for our wedding. They helped us stay in budget while providing EXACTLY the atmosphere we needed for our special day. I also cannot say enough good things about DJ Mike, he was essential to our guests calling our wedding "the best wedding ever!" He not only captured the dancing vibe we requested but also added to the atmosphere perfectly by engaging our guests. 10/10 recommend, hire them!!

Mike was our DJ for our wedding on New Year's Eve and he was AMAZING! Not only is Mike a total professional but he was able to match the mood of the crowd on NYE and make sure everyone was on the dance floor the whole time. Mike was the best DJ!! Once you decide to go with split second they have you fill out questionnaires and details to help them understand what you want and venue details. Once the wedding gets closer they call you and talk you through the songs and timing of things. I was happy that Mike was experienced and honest with my questions so that I could make the best decisions for our wedding(after all it was my first one and I didn’t know how things would be the day of). The night of the wedding he accommodated all changes or announcements with my wedding planner and played music appropriately for the atmosphere while playing our favorites. He made a shy group really come out of their shell and dance!! Recommended 100%.

1 cannot begin to express how happy my new husband and I are with the service we received from Split Second Sound and our DJ Mike City. They were a pleasure to work with from booking through wedding day. Mike kept the energy high and guests on the dance floor all night long and also helped to direct the flow of traffic to prevent confusion for my guest. While I never plan on getting married again and don't plan on utilizing their seton the future I would recommend this company to any who would listen.

We even had an intermission for announcements and had multiple people ask for him to start playing music again soon. His announcements for the entrances and for the speeches pumped the crowd up.
