DJ Ben

We had the BEST time with our DJ Ben!! He was so awesome from start to finish all the way through the process he was so excited to help us and we were so glad we chose him! His joy and energy on our wedding day made the night a party and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better night of dancing and fun!

I recently used Split Second Sound for the DJ at my wedding and I have zero regrets! From the first meeting with their team to the multiple meetings with the DJ before the wedding to the last minute of my wedding evening everything went perfect. Their website and portal made everything easy. DJ Ben was the perfect DJ for us! He showed up on time with an assistant. He communicated well with all the other vendors. He coordinated the playlist to what we liked and played what kept the dance floor busy! He definitely knew how to read the crowd. I had a violinist for the ceremony who showed up late and barely started playing before the bridal party walked down the aisle, Ben was ready to cover me! He made sure my Husband and I had snacks and drinks during family photos. He had the timeline of the evening and he stuck to it and made sure to keep us on track. I couldn't think Ben enough for all of his efforts on my wedding day, he took a lot of the stress off things I could have easily stressed about. Split Second Sound is so lucky to have someone like Ben. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone who needs a DJ for a future event. Thank you to Split Second Sound for sharing Ben with us!

Split second sound was the best DJ company from start to finish! Our initial meeting was so helpful in explaining all our options, and our DJ, Ben, was truly phenomenal. He took so much time to understand our vibe and bring our vision to life. We had the best dance floor and months later, our guests are still talking about how much fun it was and how great our DJ was. Ben is the BEST!!

I have worked with Split Second Sound close to a dozen times now as a photographer and have NEVER been disappointed. Every single DJ I have worked with through them has been nothing like you'd imagine from a big media company. They work HARD and do such an incredible job hyping up every single crowd (no matter how big, small, shy, or wild). They have followed our couples' requests to a T, have been considerate about photographer and videographer's roles and timelines, and have left every one of my clients' with smiles on their faces thus far. I have worked with some pretty mediocre DJ's (like... PAINFULLY mediocre at best) but SSS's transitions are always seamless and such a vibe. Vinny, Keith, Chuck, Gio, Ben, and JD have been some of their DJ's that have really stuck out to me. My clients have never been left with a DJ who seems like they' don't know what they are doing. If they are less-experienced, they always have a pro with them to help show them the ropes and make sure everything goes smoothly. As a photographer, I am always looking for vendor referrals and time and time again, Split Second leaves me impressed and wanting more.

Absolutely Amazing – DJ Ben Made Our Wedding Unforgettable! We can’t say enough great things about Ben! From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and completely in tune with the vibe we wanted for our big day. He kept the energy up all night and had everyone on the dance floor—young and old! Ben listened to our preferences, mixed in our favorite songs seamlessly, and read the crowd like a true pro. The transitions were flawless, the sound quality was perfect, and the atmosphere he created was electric. So many of our guests are still raving about how fun the reception was, and it's all thanks to him! If you’re looking for a DJ who’s not only talented but also genuinely passionate about making your event incredible, DJ Ben is your guy. We feel so lucky to have had him as part of our wedding day. 100% recommend!

Ben did such an amazing job at our wedding! He met with us a couple times before the day and walked through every song for each part of the day. He was very responsive if we had any questions and was great to work with! On the day, he kept the evening flowing perfectly from wedding party entrances to our final send off. He constantly checked to see if we needed anything throughout the reception, and he kept the dance floor full the whole night! Couldn’t recommend Ben and Split Second Sound enough!

Ben D. was absolutely amazing at our wedding! The music was perfect, and we had so many people out on the dance floor all night! Ben always made sure to check in with my husband and I, getting us drinks, appetizers during cocktail hour, etc. He really went above and beyond. We could not recommend Ben and Split Second Sound more!

Ben did an AMAZING job with our wedding! He met with us a few times before the wedding to walk through everything, and made sure we had the perfect day. We both got to spend some time behind the DJ booth too which was so fun. Absolutely recommend working with Ben! We also added on uplighting and cold sparks and both were definitely worth it. We loved our day!

Split Second sound was phenomenal during our wedding event. We had Ben as our Dj and he kept open communication with us all the way up to our wedding day and was able to keep us informed and on time during our wedding. The communication was great and we had a blast dancing the night away making our day a special one.

My husband and I still can’t get over the wonderful experience we had with DJ Ben at our wedding a couple of weeks ago! He was so sweet and funny, and kept the party alive all night! We ended up have a much smaller group of guests than we had originally planned to, but Ben gave us the best vibe and made us feel like our guest count never changed at all! Thank you so so much!!

Split Second Sound was incredible, all the way from the initial consultation meeting to the last song at the reception. Their entertainment professionals are just that: professional. We felt informed every step of the way, and we felt confident in our day of entertainment as a result. We hired Ben from Split Second as our DJ, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Not only are his entertainment talents top notch, but he provided help to all the other vendors over the course of the day as well. He made everything easy and was extremely creative with great ideas. He truly made our day amazing and I highly recommend both Ben and Split Second Sound. If you want someone with a set playlist who will just show up on the day of and hit shuffle, DO NOT hire Ben or Split Second. But, you want someone with an abundance of talent, a wealth of experience, an ability to feel the crowd, an ability to direct the flow of the wedding from the stage, and a friend in your corner, HIRE SPLIT SECOND SOUND!

My husband and I got married in July and DJ Ben and his assistant actually exceeded all my expectations. We had a longer reception than most and everyone was on the dance floor the entire time. He accompanied everyone’s requests and played a good variety of music catered to all ages! We also played the shoe game and we let Ben make up the questions - such a blast! Honestly I don’t think anyone could’ve done a better job! Thanks Ben for making our night so special!

You guys were awesome!  Jonny and Ben were great.  They kept the energy going all night and exceeded our expectations for the reception.  Thanks so much for everything.
