Born into a deeply musical family, Tabias was surrounded by rhythm, performance, and showmanship from the very beginning. His mother played clarinet, his father was known in the DJ world as Easy Lee, his uncle played saxophone, his grandmother played French horn, and his aunt performed as a majorette. Music was not simply something he discovered; it was always in the air around him.
That early influence quickly became a calling. Growing up, Tabias sang along with the radio, developed his musicianship through more than six years of playing baritone and tuba, and discovered a natural love for live performance. From the beginning, he was drawn to the energy of the stage—not only playing music, but creating moments people would remember.
Today, DJ Cadence brings that lifelong passion to weddings, corporate events, proms, school dances, and other private and public celebrations.
