Ready to join the Split Second Sound family? Here’s how we will find you the perfect DJ and guarantee your guests will race to the dance floor!
Step 1: You will be able to set-up a consultation, either by phone, Zoom or by making a visit to our office with one of our sales professionals, Maddie or Abby. We will review our packages and pricing together and find the right fit for you!
Step 2: Time to find your DJ! Depending on your selected package, we will either match you with your DJ or you will have the chance to go “DJ shopping” on our website. You will have the opportunity to browse through our DJs, read their bios, watch their sample videos and even set-up a time to speak or meet with them to find the right match for you. This can also be done after you sign your contract with us if you want to go ahead and secure your date as we can always assign your DJ later on.
Step 3: We will have you fill out our confirmation of details form so we do not miss a beat (no pun intended!) and send you over the contract. You will receive access to our VIP Portal to organize your timeline and list your “must plays” and “do not plays”. After that, the countdown begins! If you have any questions, changes to your special day or just want to talk about how excited you are to get married, you can contact our office at any time via email or phone.
Step 4: Your DJ will be in touch with you weeks ahead of your wedding date to set-up a meeting and go over every detail to ensure a flawless event.
Step 5: We will see you on your big day! We cannot wait to celebrate with you!
