: Rates for the DJ industry vary greatly. The best price is not always the best deal, especially if you are planning a wedding. Surveys conclude that, in hindsight, nearly 100% of couples would have spent more money on their entertainment and made it their #1 priority. Even though it may appear that you’re only paying for 4-6 hours of work, a "full service" DJ company will normally invest 12-20 hours toward your special event.
