He was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale Florida and moved to the Carolina's in 2007 and has been with Split Second since 2008. He started off with the company as a crowd motivator/dancer, after being discovered by one of our lead DJ’s at a sweet 16 and he worked his way up after about 1 and half years worth of training as an assistant to now being a Deejay on mostly Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Sweet 16 and younger type parties (and many weddings too!). Eric says “Working with Split Second Sound is such an amazing experience”, and he likes working with and hanging out with his fellow Deejays. “I love my job, I love music (all types of music of course!) and I love to make a party or reception awesome and memorable for every one of our clients”
Eric has become a "go-to" person in the Bar/Bat Mitzvah industry as he just has that "It" factor of how to make an event successful every time.

29 October 2011 Our event was a huge hit thanks to Eric and Split Second. Throughout this whole process Eric was incredibly professional from meeting with us to go over music, getting a feel for our needs and what Elliot wanted, answering any follow up questions quickly and thoroughly, detailing the event scheduling and format, asking what we did and didn’t want to do, and making recommendations. At the event Eric and his music assistants were fantastic. Everyone was up and dancing all night and two days later my knees still hurt. He played a great set list with something for everyone and the event went incredibly smoothly. I know the people from NY and Florida who are used to big affairs were very impressed, and the locals who are used to something a little more subdued had a great time. In the end it’s the music and emcee that make a party fun and on that note you guys get an A+.

I sent an e-mail to Eric earlier this week thanking him for everything. We are extremely happy with the service received from Split Second Sound. The Bar Mitzvah went great. We received a lot of compliments from our guests about the DJ and dancers. The motivators were energized from beginning to end and Eric is easy to work with. He is a credit to your organization. That is what business is all about. You put out a good product and you get referrals. We will highly recommend your company to anyone we know who has an upcoming affair, and if we decide to have another party for our daughter's Bar Mitzvah, we will use Split Second. You are more than welcome to use us as a reference. Keep up the good work.

I just wanted to let you know that SSS did not disappoint. Our team was fabulous! Eric was ready for game day and Julian had the moves. The DJ Mike was fantastic too. Our song list, candlelighting service and all else was all just perfect. Jordyn was so happy and our guests were more than impressed. Eric was absolutely WONDERFUL with the 7th graders - got them up and moving, played games with them. He did things I would never have expected from a DJ and it all made the party a tremendous success. The music was fantastic also. We couldn't be happier with his assistance! (And I've already recommended him to one of the parents who came to pick up their child and has a birthday coming up themselves!) THANK YOU ERIC, & SPLIT SECOND SOUND!

We had the best time at Krystal and Evan's reception!! Eric and Lerone were a lot of fun!! They led everyone in dances, in which helped tremendously, since we didn't know what we were doing!! They were very professional, prompt and wonderful to work with!! Thank you again for another fun time!!

Our event was FABULOUS!!!! Eric, Neil and Rashaad were amazing as were the party motivators. We have not stopped talking about how great they were and how they kept the kids and adults engaged the entire evening. In addition, they took control of the night and made my life so much easier so that I could actually enjoy the event. I was so thrilled with them that I cannot say enough good things or give enough compliments.

Two times I have been wowed by the great entertainment that you can produce, first at a Sweet 16 and now at our own school dance, and I want to say thanks again for coming last night and putting on an awesome show. The interaction with the kids was great, and everyone had an awesome time. We could not have had a better choice to kick-off the first student sponsored event at Mount Mourne! 23 October 2010 He (Eric) was amazing. He and his party motivator kept the kids and the adults on the dance floor all night long, and seamlessly blended the band into the entertainment. For the kids, this was the party of the decade.Truly, I have heard raves all week from both and adults and kids about the party, and so many people were very impressed by both Eric and the party motivator (Julian). They were a delight to work with. In fact, a few of Ruthie's friends told her "I want that DJ for my Bat Mitzvah party!" I will send your info their way!

I can't thank you enough for the job you did at Dan and Jake's Bar Mitzvah party. You heard what we wanted (a true party for the kids) and implemented everything we communicated to you to the nth degree. You kept the party rolling and ensured that guests were engaged and participating throughout the party.
