Julia Julia originally from Rochester NY. An independent spirit from a young age she is one of the hardest working individuals we have ever met. Not only is she an energetic party motivator she is a solid DJ assistant when it comes to mixing cues and picking songs. Julia has a true passion for music and dancing. She joined Split in early 2009, but it seems like she's been a part of our team for years.	Jesse Jesse comes to Split from radio, working on air and on site promotional events. His gift for speaking in front of people gives him a great advantage when it comes to MC'ing an event. Working in radio gives him an excellent musical background, doing the live events gives him the feel of working directly with the people which makes him a great fit for the Split team.
Ben Born and raised in Charlotte, NC. Ben has always had a fun time entertaining people growing up. He was in the choir for a few years as a child and his mom was a piano player, so music was a part of his life very early on. At Ben’s brothers wedding in 2008, Vinny approached him about joining Split as he felt he was a natural entertainer. After being at another Split wedding in early 2009, Ben joined the team. Ben won the "2011 Rising Star" award for DJ assistants .	Bradley Bradley joined Split Second Sound through his friend Julian who is also with Split as a party motivator. The reason he joined is because he loves to party, dance, and have a awesome time while making other people have the time of their lives. He was born motivator and dancer because he grew up dancing and he even takes a martial art called Capoeira which helped him develop some incredible moves. He is very out going and he doesn't have a shy bone in his body. Bradley is also a DJ assistant who can mix, but still loves to get out there with the party guests.
Lydia Raised in a family of musicians and artists from Lorain, Ohio. Lydia went to NYC and landed a job at a record label (SonyBMG), and learned the ins and outs of licensing music. In the meantime, she honed her own musical craft by writing and singing - working with various musicians and producers, even singing at the famous Apollo Theater in Harlem, USA. Lydia has also had the privilege of traveling the world as an international flight attendant, and knows how to interact with people of all cultures. As one of the newest member, she is thrilled to be part of the Split Second Sound family and can't wait to master the science and beauty of bringing music and people to the dance floor."	Josh Originally from Ohio, Josh relocated to the Charlotte area in 2008. His background is in marketing and did event based marketing for a number of years before he started raising money for various charities. Josh played the sax for over 6 years and has always had a love for music. Vinny DJ'd his wedding in 2010 and introduced him to the industry. Always being a creative person, he never thought about event entertainment until he met SSS. He looks forward to making every event he does "a time to never be forgotten".
Mariel An Italian, originally from Queens, NY. Mariel has been dancing hip hop and lyrical since she was 11 years old. She heard about Split Second Sound through Bradley and thought this would be the perfect job for her! Shes love music and has an awesome attitude and can dance to just about any type of genre you throw at her.	Kristen Kristen has been with Split since 2005. Vinny actually DJ's her wedding in 1999 and she has been friends with Vinny & Diane ever since. Kristen has an incredible knack for music and song selection as she always seems to know the right song to play. She can mix and she can dance which makes her a great pick for any event.
Julian Julian comes to Split through his older brother Eric, one of Split's lead DJ's in 2009. He's a natural party motivator and dancer as he has martial arts experience, mixed with gymnastics to make him just a ball of energy and fun. Even though young, Julian comes across very professional and respectful making him seem beyond his years in age.	Demar He comes from the wonderful island of Jamaica, where music is such a huge part of his culture, where they were practically born knowing every Bob Marley tune written. Demar's most cherished childhood memories and his beginnings as a DJ are filled with the best of Jamaican reggae, dancehall and calypso. He couldn’t help but bring it along with him when he moved to New York City. For the past five years, Demar has been DJ’ing along the East Coast of the U.S. and has found a passion for all styles of music, from Hip-hop to country and everything in between. His saying "Music is powerful because we attach so many memories to songs. When we hear a certain song, we cannot help but go back to that moment". Demar aims as a DJ is to connect special events in people’s lives to the music they love!
Anthony Anthony joined Split, coming over with Dennis when he joined the Split team, handling mostly younger parties. Young and willing to learn, his great attitude and past experience will make him an quality DJ assistant now and a great MC/DJ of the future.	Joey
Justin	LeRon
Armani	Linda Linda’s enthusiasm, excited energy, and playful spirit make her a great party motivator and dj assistant. Her roots stem from Laos and Thailand, born in Seattle, WA, and settled in Belmont, NC. Since she was a young girl, she has embraced dance parties, boom boxes, street festivals, and the freedom of movement, expression, and excitement as a way of being! Linda enjoys life, and has a deep love for encouraging and guiding others to do the same. Her musical tastes range from many different genres, and has an “old soul” with a fresh kick. She is very honored to be part of the SSS team, and has goals to delve deeper into mixing music and DJ'ing her own parties one day in the near future!
Margaret Margaret is originally from Kiev, Ukraine. Dance has been a major part of her life, even from a young age. She has majored in dance at S.Lifar Academy in Kiev, as well as the North Carolina Dance Theatre. Even though she is young, she has won many awards. She brings her love and talent to our team. We consider her to be a great addition.	Aaron
Dalton Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, Dalton was introduced to Split through his mother, Dawn, who is a wedding photographer. Being an accomplished musician himself, Dalton has always found a way to express himself through music. On the dance floor, Dalton delivers young energy and enthusiasm to the party. He is very outgoing and is not afraid to be the spark of energy in a crowd.	Darrell Darrell ( D-Nice ) Williams is one of North Carolina's most respected Djs. He started spinning in mid 1989 at local bars and night clubs. After developing his own style eventually moved on to some of the area’s bigger night clubs. By 2000 Darrell had done night clubs, wedding receptions, corporate events, opened concerts, colleges and worked with radio stations and national artists. Born in New York and raised in North Carolina has exposed him to all genres of music. He uses his Technics 1200 turntables to brings parties to life with skills seldom seen by few DJs. His professionalism and personality allows him to blend well in any atmosphere and tailor music to virtually any event. If you want quality music from a dj with an extensive music library and a great atmosphere then Darrell is your man.
