3 most importants vendors at a wedding
Every professional vendor adds to the experience and enhancement of a wedding. Flowers, Video, cake, dress, tuxedo, decor, lighting, etc all play a vital part. But
one is the most important, one has the biggest impact and
one has the most lasting effect.
Most important: A wedding planner. At times and at some locations, the person in charge of your wedding can be a major asset in the planning (ex; Nathan Hoffman at the Charlotte City Club). A wedding planner sets the table for everybody. Sorting out the budget and what the bride really wants and helping get the professional vendors in place to make that vision happen. A good wedding planner understands it's not all glamour as there is dirty, little details that have to get done. A direct line for the bride to deal with family, vendors and just a helping partner to let her enjoy the process.
Biggest impact: Entertainment. A DJ can take a good party and make it great or take a struggling party and make it good. An open bar does not cover up bad music, a terrible flow and the obnoxious DJ who thinks he's the star.
Lasting impact: The photographer. Why do people think they can take professional wedding pictures because they have a nice camera? The responsibility of someone's precious pictures that will be hung on the walls and looked at over the years in albums is what they will bring back the memories. They are truly artists and so many photographers have unique styles and matching that up with the bride and groom's personalities does make a difference. Good photographers bring pictures to life
